Tuvalu shuts down negotiations...
Tuvalu, the fourth smallest nation in the world, temporarily
shut down negotiations
(2:26:12) yesterday after objecting to proposals by China, India, and others to put off the goal of establishing a legally binding treaty by the end of COP 15.
